No cure – no pay

Our clients expect to be charged according to success. Consequently, we operate on a no cure – no pay basis when we process and secure their recovery rights. This is not always possible without recourse to a court of law. When legal action becomes necessary, our clients benefit from our direct ties to the lawyers’ office that holds the shares in our company. The advantage for clients is that they continue to deal with the same person throughout the recovery process. If we have to pursue claims in court, we consult with our clients in each case beforehand. We explain the cost risks involved so that potential gains and risks are always perfectly clear and can be weighed against each other.
